Burnout, fatigue and overtraining
Do not assume that every period of exhaustion has the same cause. Start with an assessment and a careful account of training, health and daily life.
02Sleep support for athletes
Make sleep a clinical conversation when persistent difficulties affect daily life. Use recovery routines as support, not as a way to overlook symptoms.
03When exercise and body concerns become difficult
This is a place to ask questions about distress, flexibility and health, not to compare bodies or prescribe more training.
Choose the question before the program
Are you seeking assessment for symptoms, support with a difficult routine or a restorative break while medically stable? Those starting points lead to different services. A wellness program should not be presented as a substitute for needed mental-health or addiction treatment.
Ask what each intervention is for
For every proposed test, session or add-on, ask what question it answers, who interprets it and whether the result would change the plan. Request an explanation of limitations and additional costs.
Plan for ordinary life
Before choosing a retreat, decide what you would need to take home: a feasible schedule, a clinical referral, a different approach to travel or clearer responsibility for follow-up. An impressive itinerary is not a plan for implementation.
